About The House
Built in 1987 by our father, Brad Fisher.
Always meant to be a family business, Fisher’s Perch was lovingly built as the perfect getaway for someone trying to escape. This house was one of the first houses on Fish Bay. A quiet place to relax, and perhaps most importantly, a comfy place to unwind after a long day at the beach!
A family built home, with decades of love
After having a family, we worked to make the house even more accessible, accommodating, and convenient for everyone from Honeymooners to large families. The house continued to evolve and grow!
However, after the devastating hurricanes in 2017, the house was in need of a total renovation.
And after 30 years, we had the chance to bring this house into modern vacation home standards.
With high speed Wifi throughout, Smart TV’s, Air Conditioned bedrooms, New Appliances, and locally sourced, beautiful island furniture throughout. This house has become the perfect beach getaway for a place to work, or a place to relax!
This house sleeps 6 guests and includes a layout of 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and 2 separate large porches. There is plenty of space for groups to spread their legs and enjoy their privacy, or come together on the decks, or in the large living room spaces!
